It sounds are great idea - forward looking, eco-friendly, and people friendly, but let's hope that the present residents are not involuntarily dislodged to make way for a more exclusive resident base if the plans come to fruition.

mickfinn, I am afraid that may happen with all of those eco-friendly city paid-for programs occuring. The taxes there will be high to pay for all of that.

Treasure island used to be a munitions depot. I would like to mention that other countries military intelligence might miss removing the cross hairs of their ICBM target packages from the island.
