except that i think most people, if they were obese, or even just quite overweight would be less likely to be physically active. Okay, for example, I am 5ft 5in tall and size 14. I am considered overweight. However, I walk at least 2.5 miles everyday and Tai Chi every morning. I can lift 65 lbs. I'm active but still overweight. Aggravating ,yes? *sigh* Oh well, see what happens after we eliminate all the high fructose corn syrup out of our diet. Our family has never fit a BMI scale and never will. By any indicator of the body mass index we are obese yet I play racquetball, bike, walk, play frisbee golf. Use it or lose it. Good for you guys! |
