pokkets says: I found the center for public integrity site through another article, but when I went to the site I found they had been doing investigative journalism projects into things that are frequently described as rumors or hearsay, They are a non profit organization based in Washington D.C. When I went to the home page, I thought there were a few more projects that deserved attention. The investigations are ongoing. www.cooperativeresearch.org Many different investigations by credible sources. Look under the link in the Nav bar: Timelines They are a non-profit organization funded by the likes of Soros, Streisand, Moyers, and the LA Times to name a few. You got sources to back that up? You could try Google and find any source you want. Wikipedia lists how much and when money was given by Soros and Moyers. And you can find names like Streisand and Heinz and more on the donor page at their own website. Well I am not the one attacking the source of the clip merely based on who donated to it. The real question is whether what they are reporting is true or not. If you can refute that, then go ahead. And by and by, what if they received money from Moyers and Soros? What makes them such bogey men? And I am not been facetious, I really want to know. I'm glad Moyers and Soros are on board with investigating lobbyists. What I want to know is where are the Republicans? If they don't like this outfit, why aren't they investigating through another? Knock yourself out, N2Sooners, but I think you're illustrating the problem. |
