I think it's her pose in the article. Her knees crossed and at least one hand by her side. Her RIGHTHAND, too! I couldn't imagine her getting off in that pose. Could you?

An another thing. If she read ClipMarks she'd know that wearing high heals aids organism, which may explain why ladies have so many pairs.
