This declaration that farmers are terrorists probably goes with his executive order from June. If you are helping terrorism or opposing the war in Iraq, your property can be taken away without recourse, even if you are a citizen. How can you defend yourself against that?

The state is the enemy of the state. It all depends which side of the looking glass you are on as to which state is which.
