[Tampa Bay Area]<BR /><BR />Ms. Pourmoghani alleges she, too, was the victim of a beating by a deputy, so much to the extent she had blood pouring from her nose and she could not breathe. She was wheeled out from the jail on a stretcher to a local hospital.
