This hospital is all about children, our future, our children and all that. Seems to me that a different -- planet friendly, small footprint, sustainable model of the "Dream of a Lifetime" home could be directly linked to the health of the children of the future. And the automobile prizes could be hybrids. Why not???

<P>The idea here is to remake the "Dream of a Lifetime" lottery.   </p> <P>This is a popular fund raising vehicle with a lot of traction / visibility in our Ottawa community which has got it wrong.It defines the "Dream of a Lifetime" as a monster, luxury house on a large suburban lot with two or three luxury vehicles, which would obviously need large multi-lane roads.    </p> <P>What if we could reform the "Dream"... into a different dream, ie. a smaller, energy efficient home, centrally located.
