Its a cover of "Canon Rock", a rock arrangement of Johann Pachelbel's "Canon in D major" by the Taiwanese musician and composer Jerry Chang (JerryC).

It is now the sixth most viewed video in YouTube history with over 21,922,000 views, and counting.
