This is true, and can be verified by court records (its a Court of Appeals case, so there is a good chance its on a state/national reporter). Fox News reserves the the right to lie to you, to your face, and will go to court to defend that right.

Shame alot of fox viewers are not aware of the reason they call it 'programming.' Everyone should know that 'news' isn't. It is distractions and PR however. (And sports scores and weather.)
