That he is censorious and foolishly outspoken is clear. But is he a monster, or a target of over-blown neoconservative propaganda? Read the whole speech for yourself. You can see why Bushites don't like him, but I don't think you'll find cause for war. And you may find he makes some points worth considering. Well of course, because you don't want to hear. Yet it shows that this message was carefully crafted and reveals how the U.S. is viewed around the world. The speaker is only using these things as ammunition against the U.S. while covering his own political rear.
