How to Haggle Like a Pro

This makes me want to go out and try this stuff! Damn my shopaholic nature...

I am all over this. No price is set in stone -- well, almost no price. But, you come into a store with a wad of cash and you can haggle down most every price. Even at brand name stores, they will be willing to bargain. I have done it.

My philosophy: It never hurts to ask.

What about retail stores in a mall? I can understand when it's a locally-owned place, but do stores like GAP or Victoria's Secret still have that kind of wiggle room?
