Silkweaver says: Even the most theoretically efficient type of propulsion, an imaginary engine powered by antimatter, would still require decades to reach Alpha Centauri, according to Robert Frisbee, group leader in the Advanced Propulsion Technology Group within NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory. And then there's the issue of fuel. It would take at least the current energy output of the entire world to send a probe to the nearest star Yeah. Not only will we never make it to the stars, we NEVER even made it to the moon. We were lied to!!! Spend some time investigating here- http://aulis.com http://erichufschmid.net/Apollo_NASA.html Then watch these videos- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cu8376Zc_Ts http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1gD2P-Po_Gk As crazymonkey74 would succinctly reply: "U don't think we went to the moon, why not tell louis armstrong to his face?" see source Have we ever been to earth ??? Its all a great simulation we NEVER even made it to the moonI really hope that was tongue in cheek and not a serious belief. Well, not with ROCKETS, that's obvious. We could reach the stars but it will be with a different technology. With all of this traveling from star to star and burning up rocket fuel, we're going to have Galactical Warming. Somebody call Al Gore! Alice has been to the moon. Just ask Ralph. Star Trek already had an episode (years ago) that disclosed the effects of Warp drive engines tearing the fabric of space and creating voids. Long before Al Gore did. |
