Personally, I love tagging. A little effort here can save hours in search of information. Flickr is a great example. You can find photos on almost any topic.

Some people don't want to be bothered with tagging, but it sure helps everyone else when there are tags to use when searching for info. I'm still trying to improve my tags, as generic ones aren't sufficient and very specific ones create an unwieldy list. I find myself checking out other people's tags quite often. You can learn a lot from them, can't you?!
