As Winston Churchill was (supposed to have) said, "That is the sort of arrant pedantry up with which I shall not put". Besides, the "rules" about word order don't apply to questions.

WV response, Mother Jones calling Governor Glasscock, Ole Crystal Peter,; General McAuliffe telling the Nazi commander, while surrounded during the Battle of the Bulge, when the German asked for the American surrender, the American wrote " NUTS" on the paper, thus a rallying point for the Americans.
