as a divorced man who is open to a new relationship, I'm pretty sure this argument is based on a false premise that women have fewer flaws than men.

I believe the problem goes both ways : It is at least as hard to find a decent woman and it could possibly be to find a decent man. And specifically, I believe that the article ignores the possibility that excessive "picky-ness" in a otherwise eligible woman is just as big a problem as the flaws that are left in the bachelor pool.

I agree that there are very few good looking decent men out there.I also feel that it gets more difficult to meet one as woman get older. Ive stopped even bothering to go clubbing and to most pubs as most places are full of very young men and woman, and what men are available are usually awful and if you do spot the odd good looking one they are being swarmed by woman. I reckon, and believe me when i tell uou I have done the research over and over again, that to every hundred girls you are lucky to find two maybe three decent men. Sorry but that is my opinion

Women are too choosy. I honestly can say there are many pretty available women, but one that fits all my need, I highly doubt.

You cant really find the perfect mate that fits all you needs, find one that will suite you basic needs.

What I think is that all the good looking men are either married or gay. Single men around my own age are interested in women my daughters age, older men if they're interested in women my age are only looking for someone to take care of them in their old age while they look at women my daughters age.
