Interesting. I usually go out of my way to find meat (beef only) that is browning and outdated. Not only is it FAR cheaper but is much more tender and flavorful as well!
We old country boys call that 'properly aged'!

Yeah, me too, but I like mine pink on the inside, not green inside and red on the outside.
