All he needs to do now is arrange for some sort of rain seeding chemtrail flyover event thingy to make the drops fall and we're looking at the next President of the United States. *LOL* Hail be!! Haha! Hail...get it?

Did god forget about the Southeast, and these prayers will remind him?
Does god know the Southeast needs rain, but he won't do anything until someone prays?
Is only one prayer enough? Hundreds? Thousands?

Exactly the same thing happened in turkey a few months ago and a mayor of a big city suggested a "rain prayer" for the drought problem.

Well, today is the day...
The forecast in Georgia is 6% chance of rain today and 3% chance tomorrow.
