It's good that these countries are asking for help with advanced clean technologies to control emissions of greenhouse gases. What do we have to send them??

I wonder what these countries are actually doing to reduce emissions though =/

I wondered that myself, sohil, and was hoping that perhaps great minds in India and China were developing clean technologies that other countries could adopt and adapt. But since they are asking for help, according to this article, it would benefit us all if there were something to give them.
