Thanks Michelle! It's good to see you too! Yes, it has been a long time. I needed some downtime to "renew my springs", but I'm all renewed now, so here I am.

TN:
One out of sixteen verses in the New Testament, one in ten in three of the Gospels, and one in seven in the Gospel of Luke referred to money or to the poor. When we recite the Lord's Prayer and pray for God's kingdom to come on Earth, we are asking for an end to political and economic injustice within worldly regimes. Practicing justice, love, mercy and protection for care for the poor and victimized is exemplifying God's compassion. It is clear that the proper treatment of the poor should be an extremely high priority among those who shape American policies from those who profess to espouse the basic moral values of our nation.
