That's really wonderful that you've brought out Spenser (you might want to credit him, even though people should know it's from him) for clipmarks.
Just some notes - "dureful" means lasting; "dints" - dents because of an effort.
I'm actually not clear if the speaker of this poem is exhorting someone to instill lust in the woman's heart, or true love. It's very curious how the imagery can work either way.
