MOSCOW - It's a mission to Mars — without leaving <SPAN id="lw_1184185617_0">Moscow</SPAN>. Russian scientists have finished fashioning a crucial section of a mock spacecraft that will simulate a voyage to the Red Planet, an official at the Moscow institute leading the project said Wednesday.
