With careful attention to nutrition, dietary experts agree that a vegetarian diet can be a healthy lifestyle choice for teenagers Yeah right. How many teenagers are going to be paying careful attention to nutrition with everything else going on in their lives? As an adult I fall short regularly, and I try hard (no I'm not a vegetarian). And teenagers have developing bodies, I don't. I'm sorry, but I'm very skeptical.
