I recieved the anti-virus info - down loaded it and scanned and fixed my computer. The only problem I am having is the box concerning this product keeps coming up while I am doing other things. When I hit the close X - I lose everything and have to star over. It is very annoying. How do I stop this? I even shut down my computer and re-booted it. Same issue, I bought this in Nov for a year subscription and Its making my internet explore shut down and I couldnt find it on my PC for a long time and then all of a sudden it appears and says there is maliscious activity and tons of viruses that need to be removed but when I click remove it says I need to register which I already have done, But I tried again with my registration email and Key and it says it cant find me. I need help asap!!! thanks I cant get on that support page that it gives, Did I seriously get ripped off too? Has anyone gotten a response???? I would like a refund for purchasing this software. I've never received it. I applied September 2008 and was given a phone number of the VIP support, who has never called me back. Today (04/29/09), I call the phone number again after so many attempts before at (315) 895-1331 for the XP antivirus, I left a message and when I logged onto my computer again, the webpage-http://paymentdetalization.com/support.php had a box popup with the information I received on 9/30/09 when I purchased the software. Please do not charge my bank account again. I did not and to this date have not received access to this software. I purchased this in September. Never used it and in 5 months my 1 year subsc... |
