There's all of this talk about vitamins and minerals, but they seem to be a small fraction of our natural diet that helps our bodies operate, and repair. We keep finding more, and more examples of of things that have beneficial chemicals that are missing in processed food.
If you chew a clove of garlic, 5 minutes later, you can smell it on your feet - well..everyone else can.
Small price to pay.

There are quite a few good and easy recipes that contain garlic - speghetti aglio olio e peperoncino... steak tartar... most stir-fried, fresh chinese vegetabels, hommous,... actually, lots of other nations have loads of these too....
Convert your anti-garlic lovers to this passion or change to another willing partner and the smell won't be a problem anymore... garlic's also good for blood-pressure... Smell or scent, it's only a matter of opinion and habit.... I've always loved the taste and scent of garlic... and avoided going out to meals with anti-garlickers... They're the ones ,missing out on my company.. and on a good healthy ingredient....

Hey skwirlinator,
Do you mean a loss of hearing for the others because theyve run so far away from you, they can't hear what you're saying?... but they're safe from the stench of garlic on your breath?

Yep skwirlinator, but only if you stick garlic in both ears!

I love garlic with strong cheddar in a granary sandwich -just make sure your partner has some too.
