But, to be cruelly accurate, neither party is the party of Freedom. Freedom is a Left-Wing Ideal (Liberty, being a Right-Wing Ideal), and neither major American party is Left Wing (The Democrats are Right-Leaning Centrists; regardless of people's ignorance assumption they are Left Wing)
