"Nice to Meat You"

Hey I know of people locally who actually go to organic farmers who kill their own livestock and purchase meat from them. That sounds like a much better option considering some of the ways meat, like chickens etc are bred in captivity.

I am not so sure I would want to learn to be a do-it-yourself butcher but then who knows what circumstances may cause me to do???
