I noticed this a few years ago when I was there, that there were not many children running around. Also it was weird seeing 9, 10 and 11 year olds smoking cigerettes and drinking alcohol. I feel bad for the country and the people there.

I'm thankful India doesn't have this problem (anytime soon atleast).
