I have finally seen the light. I can see why we need immigration reform. Imagine a country not only demanding that new naturalized citizens be literate, but also know and understand the history and institutions of the country they are pledging their destiny to. This has got to STOP! I wish American citizens by birth had to take this test in order to vote. Not too bad, i got a 75%... Would do better with a little bit of brush-up studying. I had to try a bunch of different browsers before I could bring the test up, but once I did, I got 100%. The only one that was a real problem was #19: What INS form is used to apply to become a naturalized citizen?, which I had to take a complete guess at - if it hadn't been multiple choice, I wouldn't have had a clue, since I've never had to deal with it. I went back over the test, and of the 16 questions that could be restated as non-multiple choice, I would have definitely been able to answer at least 14, probably 15 (#19 would have been the one I was certain to miss).
