Guess we all line up as we leave work for the last time, to be shot as useless.
Is this doctor to decide which are untreated mental disorders who the forces shafted,To decide which children should live with that little extra help, ...............

Fortunately, in the UK there is quite a good level of literacy from the free education system. I am sure most people are capable of reading the full article and wincing at the Daily Torygraph's outrageous headline which may mislead the less literate.
