Now they're just making up whatever crap they want, and by mere repetition and re-quoting other people spouting the same nonsense on 24 hour cable news, they're giving the impression to the ignorant and gullible that complete and utter nonsense is real.

They've lowered the political discourse to the level of a four-year-old, just making noise to disrupt the grownups trying to get things done out of pure selfishness.
