According to the annual State of the World's cities report from UN-Habitat, race is one of the most important factors determining levels of inequality in the US and Canada. NOW THIS was denied by a US person on here, stating that I couldn't give an opinion if I hadn't lived in the USA because I need to know the people to know if racism exists or doesn't exist.
