Fast T friend says: The younger men drank an average of 350 millilitres and the older men drank an average of 150 millilitres before their thirst mechanism was turned off. My brain is apparently underestimating my water need already, since some days I never get thirsty. I had to stick a note at the wall (behind my screen), to remind myself of drinking water. Even this doesn't help (maybe it would work, if I would stick the Post-It in the middle of my screen). splendidus, in my experience drinking water is a matter of habit. keeping a bottle right next to me at all times turned me into a heavy (water) drinker. I've been joking for years that i'm all set for that later stage of life, having developed the habits to totally mask loss of memory. We are thinking being, we can trick that old fool 'time' I tried the bottle too, it works, as long as I'm aware of the bottle. I have the habit of not seeing things right in front of me, when I do not think of seeing them But I'm working on it, and hopefully I will become at least a medium-heavy (water) drinker. Yes, I really hope that we can at least trick the 'time' as long as we live. I'm not sure if we can handle too much of it I'll drink to that, splendidus |
