There is a way to subtly alter your password should it appear on the list, it how I encrypt many of mine.

There are a few simple rules you can follow to help secure your passwords.

• Swap all vowels for numbers/symbols or remove them entirely.
  
  
• Make sure it is at least 8 letters long, the more letters, the harder it is to crack
  
  
• Periodically change your password(s)
  
  
• Memorise it then destroy any physical copy
  
  
• Do Not Keep It ANYWHERE On Your Computer
  

Follow those and your passwords should remain intact.
