WHAT?? You're surprised? They learn how to work the system and corrupt a program designed to truly help the poor. I see it in my local grocery store almost every time I go as they (certain people) use their food stamps to buy the essentials and their *real* money to buy cigs, alcohol, ice cream, make-up...you name it.

So...what's your answer?
