We have the dedicated ip, the godaddy crt is in place but when attempting to access using https, we’re getting the ssl_error_rx_record_too_long error. This error is in firefox. in IE, we’re getting a generic cannot display webpage message.
the logs don’t say much. but here’s the message that show:
