Typically, undoing the wrongs of the "justice system" requires volunteers as Congress and our State Legislatures are apparently too reticent to invest money toward embarrassing their courts.

District Attorney Craig Watkins also attributes the exonerations to a past culture of overly aggressive prosecutors seeking convictions at any cost.
