What is this !!!!!! R u serious! what needs to be done is the deployment of more doctors and nurses and spraying of contaminated water pools! Yeah just another example of population control!

It's called triage, the existing staff must separate patients into groups so that the LIMITED resources of a medical facility can treat as many people as possible. In times of tragedy you simply can't waste your resources on those who require too much attention with so many others suffering.

It's easy to say "get more doctors" but they are not trained over night. It takes 8 years and more to train doctors and in the meantime before a tragedy happens they don't just wait in a vacuum.
