Oh yeah, because Olbermann and Rush are the same. Sure.... Now that is pathetic.... Well, Olbermann is quite a bit more outrageous, but both are outspoken for their political sides and neither holds or has ever held an office for their party. Neither has been in any position of power for either political party either. So, if one side must be held to denouncing a political pundit on their side of the political spectrum, why shouldn't the other side be held to the same standard? A bit more outrageous? Really? Wow....ok last time I checked people where not crawling back to apologize to Keith nor did Keith ever said that he was a water carrier for the Democrats. If you want to make a comparison then the whole Michael Moore brouhaha from a few years back fits the bill, not Keith. If anything I find Olbermann to be a bit to deferential at times to some Democrats, although he always backs his statements with facts and has the gust to apologize when he makes a mistake. So no real comparison there. Also, the real question is why are the Republicans letting the Democrats do this to them? Steele was right when he said Rush was an entertainer, should have left it at that, but then he got down on his knees and begged forgiveness. Bad move. GOP is trying to circle the wagons, but they can't cover their rear . Like the cowboy analogy? Surely, dubya would? Yee ha ha. |
