I should point out that the first half of the clip is from a 2004 story. It came out after the second debate between Kerry and Bush, and I think the vaccine in question was for the bird flu that never materialized.

The graphic is from this year, yet you don't hear Kerry out there blaming Obama for vaccine shortages and for the CDC failing to meet it's own goals by a long shot.
