Now to work on the water, offshore or inland, I need a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential (costing me over a $100 & how much of our tax money) to work in MY USA. I was going to work till I was 70, now, as of Nov., the goverment is going to pay me to stay home and go fishing!
