I don't suppose change bothers the earth much. We just seem to particularly focused on the few years we can imagine being here. We are just going to change with it. Change can seem a threat until it happens, and it doesn't seem long before it seems to be the way things have always been. The way we have learned to operate, change is something we could do with. We live for a flash, and those who are born into what seems to be a change to us, will no doubt see whatever they face as the way it is. NATURE IS ABOUT ADAPTATION. Life has been traveling in cycles a looooong time. we should do what we can to protect our parts of the world but somethings are beyond us and in a cycle of their own. Anyone that feels they are attacked by earthquakes, hurricanes, tsunamis, tornados, meteors, ice ages, global warming, magnetic pole reversals, lightning or any other natural process really needs to examine their take on life. Mother earth will shake us off like a bad case of fleas. We are the stewards, looks like we done a piss poor job. Unlike the American Indian, we waste and plunder to much. |
