maybe read this for balance and a way out: Reading the day to day news we get a negative view of the future. A declining dollar, high oil prices, a never ending war in Iraq and huge deficits all make it as difficult to imagine a beautiful day ahead as it was to imagine a decline in US military superiority at the height of the Dot Com Boom. article here
