The question I have is why does Alec Baldwin, Madonna, Sean Penn and other Hollywood types make front page news with their anti-everything America crap and this didn't even make page 3 in the Metro section of any newspaper except the base newspaper in San Antonio ?

Probably because they have an agent behind them promoting everything they do. As soon as you pay someone to promote a good deed, it puts ones intentions in question. It's really very easy to get media attention and they seldom go out looking for it. All you really have to do is pick up the phone. It's unfortunate that the media isn't looking for good deeds but the fact that Denzel Washington's good deed didn't get a lot of attention actually speaks highly of his character.

I agree chestnut...this is so typical of the media...just report crap that doesn't matter instead of important issues that Americans want to know about.
