Whoa! The stakes are getting higher! So what does our government do? Allow them to strengthen themselves more, forge more alliances, and wait for their move against the US and our national interests? the security interests of Europe? against Israel?

Who, among our Presidential candidates, actually believes they have the wisdom, the fortitude, the power to deal with the major problems waiting for them? Frankly, I don't see any one among them qualified for the responsibility.

The sides are drawing up.
And Chavez is instituting Islamist style morals in Vnzla. after hangin' with Iran boy.
Outlawing a lot more things and activities down there.
China is getting fussy.
Russia too. Wow!

So what does our government do?

I wonder that too, Jatfla. It seems the only way the US can avoid this coming war is to stay at home and let Israel be attacked, which Iran will do.

Do you think a US president can be elected without pledging to defend Israel? I'm not sure.

I don't know who apponted the US "ruler of the world" but I think Russia has every right to ally with whomever they want.

They also have the right to help another nation build a nuclear reactor, as long as they aren't helping them build nuclear weapons or weapons grade materials that are against current treties (then again, teh US ignores international laws whenever it sees fit, so whay can't Iran/Russia?)
