Can't they just obliterate smoking? I live in India, and its smoking and chewing tobacco seems to be the path to nirvana here! Somebody may want to die early, but why put to risk the life of who doesn't? They've got those things all over China, but its a water vapor, so it doesn't taste or feel like real tobacco. Of the people I know who serriously tried to quit smoking by using them, there was about the same success rate as going cold turkey. That's not a scientific study though, just my experience.
