</SPAN>Bundeskanzlerin Angela Merkel hat die Forderung von EU-Kommissionspräsident Jose Manuel Barroso und Bundesumweltminister Sigmar Gabriel nach Energie-Sozialtarifen für Geringverdiener zurückgewiesen. "Deutschland hat solche sozialen Regelungen längst", sagte sie der "Bild am Sonntag". "Im Arbeitslosengeld II haben wir die sogenannte Erstattung der Kosten der Unterkunft, wonach alle Heizkosten und Stromrechnungen voll erstattet werden."
