3 month Kaplan notes for refresh conceps, 3 month kaplan QBanks and Qbook,during thitime keep cheking all the time the firts aids, 3 months UW, after that take the NBME self assesment 3 if the results is 360 or more go to the test,  is the results is less, keep studing for 2-3 month more before the test and then NBME 4 before the test.
