2 minutes and 38 seconds into this video there is a side pane on the left with some words. This is the quote from that side pane on the left:

"The failure of the Iraqi government clouds things. They're on vacation while our military people fight."

What I can infer, on behalf of Bill Oreilly's show/affiliates, is that it's o.k. for our president to go on those many many vacations while our military is fighting, but it's not o.k. when other administrations do it.

Hypocrite.

This man O'Reilly really seems to try awfully hard to bully people into accepting his "propaganda" while blatantly undertaking to inhibit anyone he disagrees with from stating their case. Instead of making an "ass" of them however he seems more successful at proving himself to be one. Is it possible he is actually on the anti-war side of things? What a buffoon!
