We are taught using stories about not waking the dragon, or whatever, at your peril. But George and advisors decided to stick a few missile sites round the bear and wake it up.

Putting on my sarcastic hat I know proceed to "answer" the clip title:

"Really, ya don't say!"

But really, people with ideological blinders (read: neocons) are bound to misjudge everything, as the last 6 years have shown.

"grossly misjudged Putin". Amen!!! Even when the President said those positive things about Putin...long ago....I remember thinking "Who are ya'll kidding?"

I'm sure when George Bush was with Putin, he was watching himself very carefully, but nothing else.
