When we look out into the distance of space, we see the history of the universe's development, with real examples. As our vision and knowledge improves, so the progress will be more finely detailed, and is likely to help in where we direct our search. I keep thinking, While we look into the sky at objects millions, sometimes billions of light years away, we are looking at things the way they were. If we ever managed to travel to some of these places and find how they are 'now' the picture is likely to be completely different, however if we are aware of the features of astral, physical and chemical development we are more likely to have a better idea of what we will find. What we generally call the past is in some way the future and versa.
